Delivery
Muddy Boots Gifts currently delivers to UK Mainland only and we aim to despatch your order within the estimated delivery times shown below.
Pet Memorials
- As most of our memorials are bespoke items, please allow 10-14 working days from date of order.
Pet Sympathy Card & Gift Sets
- All Pet Sympathy Card & Gift Sets will be dispatched within 1-3 days by Royal Mail 1st Class Post.
Pet Caskets
- All orders that do not include a name plate will be dispatched the same working day if ordered before 12pm and next working day after 12pm.
- All orders including a name plate require 24 hours for embroidery/engraving and will be despatched next working day for orders received before 12pm and second working day for orders after 12pm.
Pet Urns, Pet Keepsakes & Pet Cremation Jewellery
- Delivery of our cremation products is usually within 48 hours – although many customers receive their items the next business day. Please allow 5-7 working days for all other items not available for immediate despatch.
While all care is taken to ensure appropriate stock levels, all products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Out of stock items will be communicated to you as soon as possible and there will be no charge taken.
If products fail to meet our high quality check procedures then the order may be delayed to be re-made and you will be notified by email or phone.
Your order will be shipped using either ‘Royal Mail’ or courier and will be delivered to the given address stated on your order. Unfortunately we have no control over the time a delivery may occur and cannot provide tracking numbers, however, our nominated couriers typically deliver between 9am – 6pm Monday – Friday (except bank holidays).
All orders despatched will require a signature upon delivery of your parcel. Please kindly ensure that there will be someone to sign for the parcel at the delivery address. We reserve the right to request any subsequent delivery cost if the order is returned to us due to a failed delivery.
Returns
We at Muddy Boots Gifts, like to take pride in providing our customers with a quality product and hope that you are fully satisfied with your order. However, in the unlikely event that our products are not up to the standard described and shown on our website, please contact our customer services team by emailing us using the contact form located on the ‘Contact Us’ page, quoting your order number. Please contact us within 7 days from the day after your goods have been delivered and we will do our best to either exchange your product for a replacement, or refund your order.
Please note however, that most of our Pet memorials are bespoke items made to your specification and are therefore non-returnable unless they have been damaged in transit or made incorrectly by us (i.e. spelling errors). Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives and report any damages/errors within 2 working days.
